Entrepreneurship is not for everyone. Now i get it. Only the strong survive. You are where you are as a result of your best thinking, change your thinking and your life will change. You do have to be taking action. Consistent action.
This shit ain’t easy, this whole thing of being an entrepreneur, working for yourself, working from anywhere, the hustle never stops, yes – you trying to make money online, building a business, even the stuff i sell is not always easy for everyone, some people reach success faster than ever….
i struggled for my first 9 months in this industry and then went on to make six figures, then multi six figures, then seven figures, then multiple seven figures in like less than 4 years, not everyone can do that, so the best thing to do is to be your best self and only focus on beating yourself and being your best-self…
Comparing yourself to others and putting others on a pedestal is a loser’s game, so stop doing it if you are….
Everyone is on a journey – you are on a journey too, embrace that journey…
If you know you got that entrepreneurial bug, count it as a blessing that’ll buy you your freedom from the shackles of a dead-end job, or some 9-5 cubicle life.
I believe i’ve had a little unfair advantage cos of where i grew up from, hustling was part of my life as far as i can remember, when i was 14-15 i was selling phones in Sunday Market (Brick Lane, London) when i was 17 i was importing stuff from China to sell, when my friends was getting jobs, i was getting money on Ebay.
I would knock on my neighbours doors and tell them i am on my way to becoming a “Ebay Powerseller” and if they had shit in their garage, i would sell it for them for a commission…
From the beginning, I had entrepreneurship in my blood, i was more interested in getting money than playing sports or doing what normal kids would be doing, getting a job, getting a degree and working for 30 years for a pension.
Nah, no thanks. Scratch that.
When i was 19 i took all the money i had and went to Bulgaria to set up a property company. I had a grand plan that was going to make me millions and i’d retire before i was 21. It failed.
When i was 20 i thought i’d be smart to work for my dads construction company, steal his employees and start mine own, after the first project of laminating someone’s floor i made £90 / $140 and thought this is the way.
That fell short, as i got caught next day from my dad and his friends. That plan failed too. So i left.
As far as i can remember i hustled, alot of it was down to seeing how my father hustled, worked in factories and created wealth coming from a poor country and then settling in London and working his way up in the factory in Hackney, then in the property game.
This inspired me at a young age to want more, be more, do more, i’d see my mum on her second hand machine make skirts for 50 pence each.
Both my parents hustled, i hustled on the streets, i guess i became street smart and savvy from there and then built up on it.
I was very blessed to hang with my father’s friends when i was growing up, they were all broke bangladeshi guys that came to UK with nothing and in less than 10 years had kinda built themselves up…
it was far more interesting, intriguing, notable and valuable than my days about the streets with the kids i grew up with. You gotta hustle like you are short of time, money, resources, just by getting shit done.
One “hack” which i experience myself - is developing a sense of urgency and accumulating i believe the worst thing that will happen if i don’t understand this shit done.
The harder intensity you can have within yourself, your business that pressure drives you to either have a level of friction or fulfillment, in either case it adds fuel towards the hustling power.
To persistence, your degree of persistence when shit doesn’t work out determines how long you go, there is certainly really absolutely no way you are able to accept failure and quit, we have failed 10x more than i have succeeded, i suppose it’s not sexy to inform how often you fail, but i’ll inform you now each successful entrepreneur i have met failed more times compared to what they have won, the’ve lost more cash compared to they usually make…
Hustling has to be section of your daily life, i was very blessed and still am to become surrounded by those who have advocated me, which includes also increased me believing in myself more. On one occasion i used to be talking to a friend / mentor of mine Peter Nguyen (he’s an issue) and i also remember just hearing him complimenting on my hustle and i also could sense in himself which he believes in what i’m doing. (At that time, i never even met him personally!)

Obtaining the right people surrounding you re-enforces, re-invigorates, re-emphasises that you're doing what's right, on the right time.
Attaining success might not be easy, especially when you're new and getting started, it takes plenty of dedication, focus, attention and also you must be a person that is centered on self growth. Doing work Two times as harder on myself, on my small mind i then do on my small business.
Mindset to approaching things is a lot more important than how you get it done, mindset contributes to having a strategic mindset where you can harness your specific capability to create maximum results.
Success is a tricky, counter-intuituive trickster but yet many people will not have it, well you may do, cos you might be reading my damn post.

After i would be a newbie kid (21yrs age) and accidentally came across started in this industry i'd more setbacks than most people, i needed dropped outta university during my final year, family and friends poking fun at the truth that i want to get rich working from home…
I immediateley experienced around $40,000 valuation on debt while i bought right into a $20k multilevel marketing program then went on a rampage of buying every-and-any-damn course on internet marketing.
You'll excel faster than anyone else if you invest in yourself, get the right coaching, mentoring, and guidance from people who you want to be like.
Increase your skill development and become more attractive in the marketplace, have persistence, be networking with the top level players in your niche, study sales, marketing, influence and persuasion.
As an entrepreneur you also need to be immune to criticism and have a high pain tolerance.
Your level of pain threshold determines business energy as it means you may not be giving up when things get tough, and oh boy - they are going to.
A 6 figures will probably be tough. The first 7 figures will be tough. A 8 figures will probably be tough less then where i'm at risk of now, however use a strong fist that i'm punching and fighting my way there. Lol.
No seriously, i will be. Some of my challenges i face are only so damn ridiculous, and i also know most average people wouldn't normally be able to realize it, however use a compelling “Why” along with a vision that gets me thru the cruel times. Make sure to have your own compelling future that will drive you forward even when you think all isn't exercising.
Build these traits within yourself as an entrepreneur, create big goals, stick to your deadlines, and be held accountable.
Oh, and maybe the most important thing i can tell you, is stay detached to the end outcome, don't let your happiness be dependent on other people or how big your bank account gets, if i had nothing in this world, just my basic shelter i know ''ll be a happy camper.
Everything is an addition to my happiness, my happiness comes from within, comes from prayer, being in a state of gratitude, adding value to other people's lives.
Develop winning habits, start early, it's never too late. Find the habits that serve you and find role models who you can model off, and then develop the habits thats required, daily discipline is crucial for your success.
This is an unstoppable formula for success.
I'm assuming you are on the path to success whatever that means for you, i have one advice amongst many.
DON'T EVER GIVE UP. The rewards are so damn great. Have fun, don't take it too seriously. Now Get on with your hustle.
Lesson 2 : Money Isn’t Everything :(
Money doesn’t make your life perfect. What an awakening…
Does this exist, on occasions when i really do live events and people come up to me, instantly installed me over a pedestal as if i’m some perfect guy, one guy even thought to me i’m like a God to him. * i needed to strangle him *
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. never put people over a pedestal. Everything you put on a pedestal is always gonna be unrealistic.
Don’t idolise people. Because they are just people
Simply because people have several things much better than you, doesn’t mean they're said to be placed on something from this world, they're still in this world, and it’s easy for you too. Once i meet immensely successful people i quickly just know if i want what they have, i simply gotta learn and model off them.
I’ve realised that event is just a journey, your trip, my journey, most people are on the journey, i respect everyone, not really a millionaire or even a billionaire but the guy who got pitched by his uncle to join Amway, or some other MLM and is also trying to recruit his friends and family. I applaud you for having the very center to step into the fierce realm of entrepreneurship.
I don’t look down upon anyone, unless they are shorter than me, duhh. lol.
I’m the same as my amazing maid which comes to my home using a beautiful smile to wash once weekly, i just do different things, that’s all.
Anyway returning to my point, i'm still human, i still go thru shit, challenges, relationship trouble, employee headaches, procrastination periods, anxiety, worry, troubles on which i’m i doing, how i’m i carrying it out, everything that stuff.
You might be going to become a human, and that means you will invariably possess some shit not exercise, for me last Half a year was my relationship, now that’s cleared, now i’m taking care of my health, and my company and my vision.
That’s what every day life is.
Dealing with, scratch that - FIGHTING the challenges, hahahah!
My well being isn't dictated due to the fact much money i make or perhaps the want to have numbers, it’s the experiences, the freedom, a chance to hand back - i wish to start building schools to aid orphans, i do some such things as that, but it’s inadequate i would like to give more back.
You can’t profit the poor if you're one of which this little bit of wisdom has been bound to me for a long period.
So long as I am learning, growing, & evolving, adding value to others along this “temporary” Journey called life… I am aware I’m wherever I must be.
Money is just one single part of one’s life and yes, it’s important - however, not the most crucial, well that’s debatable according to your own personal values of hierarchy.
Lesson 3 : Motion Creates Momentum.
Momentum Gets You Results
Concentrate on gaining momentum, yes - you can find programs, systems that can help you get results within 30-90 days, but sometimes you will be lead longer, so bloody stick to it.
Success just isn't something you just awaken and obtain, it’s something you need to be effective your ass off for, it’s something 90% of people don’t do and that’s why they are afflicted by financial obligations and are usually broke and lacking money, that leads to a fear-based, scarcity minded existence.
I give myself 30-90 days for just about any business to get momentum, but don't forget i have spent more income alone education to perfect things i do compared to average person will likely earn inside a lifetime.
This really is one of the primary killers of success and i'm accountable for it too, now i simply don’t do anything else easily can’t commit 90+ days to it.
Lesson 4 : The skill of Keeping Money & My Ridiculous “I Deserve A Slap” $30,000 Per Month Spending Habit
It’s not all dandy-candy, When investing in the puzzles nailed down and You’ll begin to make a lot of money once you get momentum - yes, more income than you made before….
More money than your entire family, friends, cousins, relatives come up with - when you do that, or must i say before you do that, you need to ALWAYS know this….
Always understand the difference between Gross, Net and the way much you are able to re-invest. My costs have sometimes gone of up to $200,000 per month.
It’s scary, at first it is - then you get accustomed to it - and the only thing that matters is keeping that money.
I’m learning a great deal concerning this now.
There’s an art to getting Money and even more importantly KEEPING IT. It’s simple to get your spending outta control, whenever you feel like you own an unlimited budget, and you're simply untouchable.
Yes, i really considered that for some time. Increasing millions than previously, i believed i possibly could just lay on my ass for 6 months, complacency kills. Laziness and complacency - the 2 dirty sabotages of success…
I thought i’d never get lazy, and i also did also it set me back hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash.
How unaware of me. *SLAPS MYSELF*
And it fucking hurt, yes it did - i felt sick to my stomach, i'd felt robbed not since i spent a lot, but additional factors that have been at play….
Luckily i've got a mind will be able to process certain things quickly, like setbacks and challenges, and once you, i had been over it. Gratitude opens one's heart and prayer relives anxiety and worry for me.
So that’s a few things i do really to maintain me grounded. In the event you aren’t spiritual - find something external that’ll help ya.
Uncertain, why i’m sitting here smiling at penning this lol, probably cos what i’m going to say next…
I had just found out recently i was spending $30,000 each month / £20,000 per month on stuff, stuff we have not even attempt to show for, fancy dinners, toys, and that i don’t even see myself as somebody who is materialistic, go figure…
i've no idea why i had been spending that, or how it accumulated up to now, after Half a year of ridiculous spending too much money, after doing accounts again - i acquired slapped up and woken up. No more.
I don’t like budgeting as it kinda defies the purpose of why i’m in business, however start to see the power, value and intelligence behind it and thus now situations are changing
It can add up and could be detrimental to ones success, one time i was first a newbie and that i had made my first six figures - the initial 2 yrs all the money i had made,i had blown it.
Fancy £400 dinners, fake-friends, partying, wasting endless time, and hanging using the wrong people.
It left me with - £286 (Minus) in my Barclays Banking account. That sucked.
Going thinking though - i’ll get this back plus more, because…
I HAVE A SPECIAL DEEP INTIMATE RELATIONSHIP WITH MY TARGET MARKET…
And that i know how to market.
Still, the following year used to do like a million bucks in sales.
Overall, i will be still learning about keeping money, investing etc. It’s a new growth, learning curve. Lesson 5 : Build A Group of A-Players & Get Yourself A cpa
That reminds me, on the topic of having money, hire competent people who can manage your numbers, you must always be taking a look at your numbers, every day - multiple times each day, understand resource allocation.
Hiring and creating a team offers you freedom, but in addition a lot of damn headache, stress, worry, problems should they aren’t the right person and if you aren’t the proper type of person to handle them.
Ultimately Delegation may be one of my biggest tips for success, over a typical day i might spend 30-90 mins e-mailing my list, yes i e-mail everyday.
Each email is worth around $10,000 in my experience, so i spend time crafting that e-mail. I can’t delegate this, nor do i desire to - i have influence during these subscribers and clients and i respect them as well much to ever outsource this.
A number of my subscribers have been beside me since i would be a newbie. lol.
5 Years.
Pretty much, the rest is delegated, i don’t pay my own, personal bills, open my letters, structure my live events, book my flights or hotels etc.
Well, it had been like that during the last Four years - now i’m systemising everything more so that less folks are involved and even more is delegated.
Concentrate on owning a lean, mean profit machine. Cut fat deposits off and focus on high leverage tasks, clients, processes, systems, people, marketing along with your marketplace.
I actually do gotta add that you have to also be about the good side with the law
My buddy Kelly Felix (The Rich Jerk Guy) shared some ugly stories and so i went and hired a solid-accountant that will help you manage your taxes, costs, and invoices.
That shit scared me.
These items are Should do - you’ll start growing really fast and subsequently thing you understand, you gotta cope with employee payroll and shit, it can get messy.
I’ve lost a lot of cash in the process of this, also it hasn’t been pretty. I’ve made some embarassing, yet very embracing mistakes. Your home is and discover.

But i’m alive, i've the opportunity to smile, pray, read, talk, move, breathe - and incredibly everyday above ground is success for me, that alone makes me the richest person.
Lesson 5 : Develop a Personality That’ll Give You Power, Respect, Influence, Income & Security
Increasingly more i’m since the web Marketing, business industry is being more personal effortlessly this social networking stuff, you can have the ability to make your own tribe (more in that a little later)
Make use of personality to improve online conversions, to draw in well matched people, to grow your personal tribe and cultivate them, help them to succeed…
Develop yourself into a friendly, trustable expert and advisor in your marketplace.
Then add personality - learn who to tell stories, if you aren’t funny, then discover ways to be funny, when you have crooked teeth, then get a teeth fixed, if you are boring, learn to be interesting and being INTERESTED in others.
They're all items of advice i either paid to learn, or learned via implementing day-to-day.
people begin and get noticed of the industry, well i did before after i taken notice of others, lol, now i really don’t much. Attention is safe and so i keep a clear head on who i'd like / need to serve.
Being a personality on the web is something i learned from Dan Kennedy a long time ago.
Present with people is magical, be it online or offline, practice being PRESENT and in the minute which means - log off the damn Facebook and social networking and acquire practising being present, the most effective relationships that i have built and continue building is because i will be always being a TED instead of a THING (because of Jesse Elder for teaching this bit of wisdom in my experience!)
Give attention to being considering others, than simply trying to be interesTING and lengthy attention, presence and to other people once you communicate, it’s hard, but very worth the cost, especially if you get this amazing ego. just FYI
Then when you practise in the moment along with your prospects, clients and students, you have a deeper amount of empathy that they can really appreciate. Business grows really fast once you get this. Lesson 7 : Pigs Don’t Know They Stink & Pigs Don’t Fly Too..
Have people you want to be similar to. This could be the most valuable words of advice i ever got, you feel the common from the 5 people you put around you.
This is the fastest way to start getting the outcomes you need, right now i have a circle of 7-8-9 figure friends which are doing practically for themselves.
I'd like a business like theirs - and so i surround myself using them. I wish to avoid costly mistakes, and so i surround myself together.
Whenever you think that you're hitting a roadblock, hire a mentor, a coach, an advisor, i’ve been achieving this shit for soo many years, it blows my mind - that many people don’t take action.
This can be certainly one of my top biggest secrets man. I simply purchase shit i want to learn. I drop my ego, my pride, my disempowering stories of “i already know that” - well in the event you did, then why aren’t you in places you wish to be…
You’ll often be learning, so i embrace this along time ago. Instead of going thru courses and programs and training (that i still do btw) i find owners and masters of topics i want to learn and do “Mini Brain Exchanges”….
And then that learning becomes something i fill my days with.

I simply started contacting people who were coaches, maybe i hired a couple of a lot of. :)
One was simply amazing, Annie Lalla - she’s the wife of Eben Pagan and that i reached to her for coaching i got a few sessions of someone that has been helping others in relationships for almost Twenty years.
Yes, i fast-tracked my way into healing myself while i understood this was obviously a new experience and i also simply didn’t hold the skills, the competence or even the confidence yet to beat this problem.
The connection was among the most-growth inducing experiences of my well being, it led a new path to my greatness and taught me much more about loving myself deeply.
Reduced the problem see myself in a different light, the amount of growth, learning and experience that i have discovered within myself as well as in others now is absolutely priceless. I’ll also have a particular invest my heart on her behalf

Lesson 8 : Being Alone Helped me Rich
Spend some time alone. Invest some time in solitude enables you to reboot/restart your mind and unwind. This refreshes, and energizes you again in your perspective on life.
I spend SOOOOOOOO much time alone, i don’t find lots of people do that. And when i’m alone i'd often walk approximately random strangers, usually seniors and speak to them, provide them with attention and seek wisdom and life lessons they are able to share with me.
It makes life much simpler.
Constantly being “on” and being reactive to others doesn’t provide your mind and brain the opportunity to rest and replenish and nourish itself.
Being alone with ourselves without any distractions offers you the chance to clear your mind, focus, and think and do more clearly, effectively plus more efficiently. Damn, think about this - this blog post is taking me like 3 hours to write and it’s maybe because i’m by myself…
Travelling alone, hanging out alone is really a beautiful thing not many people understand. I understand just because a great deal of individuals will always let me know - why do you travel alone ? lol.
Ever since i travel the planet 90% of that time period without any help, i can meet strangers, we have confidence to spark a conversion with anyone and everyone at any given time and so i don’t must be lonely basically don’t wish to.
And incredibly i enjoy my own company! HAHAHAH. lol.
Spending time alone, using a notepad- journal - offline, with no internet as well as in “Real Life”, walk around, spend more time with nature and nourish yourself, love yourself, this is where breakthru’s, clarity of thinking hails from, a minimum of personally anyway.
Pray. (if that’s look!)
I am going Mosque as much as i will, sometimes due to my travelling i can’t, but i’ll take a prayer mat and pray - within my hotel room.
But i always spend time in deep prayer.
Once i go thru challenges, frustrations and problems in life - i really do seek coaching, guidance and wisdom from others, yet i always do spend some time on myself usually afterwards to analyse, get clarity and acquire my mojo on

Purchase a simple or perhaps a fancy journal with a fancy pen, go spend $50 over a pen and take pride in writing about your lifetime, your challenges, your goals, visions, and dreams. An existence worth living can be a life worth recording.

I never restrain in buying myself.

You will find endless stories of folks that had nothing and went ahead and created big empires, study from them, learn from them, buy their stuff, head to their events, spend more time with them.

However, you'll want it in your mind ALREADY and live confidently to attract what you need.
I truly couldn’t provide a toss what anyone mentions me, they are doing their thing, i’ll do mine. I don’t compare myself to anyone, tonight i’m meeting a billionaire for dinner.
However, these are only people and i appreciate, respect what they do where they are at, but that don’t mean i’m any small compared to them. When you result from that place in places you own your greatness and you're in deep appreciation of your identiity without every one of the “stuff”….
Then you turn into a little magical ball of awesomeness.
After i started choosing i can do things i want in this industry, i broke records, became top earner, charged more income for services than other people, altered the landscape for several aspects and helped many individuals get more results as compared to whatever else.
Probably the most successful people i know also seem to have probably the most amount of self confidence, self-confidence - you like your lot leads to self-confidence which ends up in someone taking more action and then believing in themselves after which

Hire ONLY A Players, the existing rule of hiring and outsourcing stuff - hire slow, fire fast is what you have to live by.
I've probably made more mistakes than i'm able to count, employing friends, family, firing then re-hiring the identical people, arghhhhhhhh.
You need to develop yourself and the team as you go along, some won’t be growing as quickly as you, let them have time, nurture them which help them grow so when it’s time - then you can grow apart or keep them on.
Although i have generated millions of dollars in this industry for myself, let me tell you i’ve probably lost more as a result of hiring the wrong people. I have experienced a number of anxiety, craziness, worry as a result of wrong individuals who i've hired and i’ve hired many.
Lol.
My new thing that i learned is to Recruit Talent, rather than Developing it.
You simply gotta smile, learn, embrace this and move forward with the learning’s, i’ve started learning a lot more about building teams, i mean i still generated around $5 Million in sales in the last 4-5 years using a very tiny team - lower than 5 people.
They helped to get at stage 1, doesn’t mean they are going to aid you in getting to stage 2. This was challenging, people will not grow as quickly as you, and you've got to be comfortable with that, you gotta be happy with letting go, firing, having that uncomfortable conversation.
Within the next 5-7 years, I wish to build various businesses and become within the $100million mark. I’ll accomplish that (I’A)

Oh you will find, its immensely profitable and YES it allows you to develop a true passive income if you do the task properly. Yes, autopilot income or whatever other “Insert Hype Word Here” kinda income exists using the multi-level marketing arena.
numerous will say shit like, erm there’s no such thing as a second income or home based business sucks etc….
I couldn’t care less - i redesign multiple 6 figures PASSIVELY - yes, handsfree income, from one home business opportunity that more and more people talked recorded on.
And knowning that one program, i’ve generated an awesome $1.One million in commissions.

Many people in this industry can look down at MLM’s / Multilevel marketing / Direct selling business models and also have some sort of stupid viewpoint about this, it’s soo stupid and backwards.

But, back to the stupid people with stupid views….
Really they….
1) had some bad exposure to others trying to sell for them
2) they joined one when they was young and new and couldn’t allow it to be right into a success
SYSTEMS WORK. PEOPLE FAIL.
I got into this industry and then made my first million because space, i proceeded to build millions more Beyond this space, so again systems work, people fail.
Once i would be a newbie and i’d follow these so named Big Marketers always looking down and talking shit about home businesses and such, it would create a great deal controversy inside of me and cause friction. Sometimes i wouldn’t might like to do anything since i felt what will my buddies think of me and what will those big marketers think about me…
Then i basically said Screw Em.
I’ll do a few things i want
And that’s once i became a millionaire.
I’d simply just take them off from my entire life, now i ignore them - mainly really his or her words don't have any impact or no value if you ask me.
AKA i couldn’t give a shit on them.
Each to their own personal, and i respect everyone - i’ll always love the home business industry, if you are in it, don’t quit, don’t stop, learn the things that Top Earners are going to do and you'll reap the rewards of your greatest dreams.

I never will be one of those people that says, oh i ought to have spent more hours with my children.
